SECTION 1 — THE BEAUTY OF HANDMADE
Daisy Craft specializes in hand-crocheted and custom items. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and size are completely normal. Please embrace these little differences as the unique charm of your handmade treasure!
SECTION 2 — CUSTOM ORDERS
We love bringing your ideas to life! Please note that custom orders are made exclusively for you. Once we have started the creation process (like cutting the yarn), we generally cannot accept cancellations or full refunds. However, if you have any concerns, please talk to us—we are always happy to find a fair and friendly solution together.
SECTION 3 — DIY KITS
For hygiene and safety reasons, DIY kits and materials cannot be returned once opened.
